Last March, I had the unfortunate experience of encountering black-ice and destroying my beloved 2004 Buick Grand Sport. When I learned the vehicle would not be repaired by the insurance company, and after extensive research, I selected the 2008 Honda Fit Sport based on excellent reviews, utility and the anticipated fuel economy.

After owning the vehicle for several months, I soon learned that the while the Fit is an exquisite urban vehicle, it really didn’t “fit” my needs as I frequently make trips from Lansing to Chicago. I begin the research process again and found that the 2009 Honda Fit Sport, with improvements in many areas, may be a better vehicle for my needs. Again I enlisted Dustin to assist me and he kept me informed of all that he could learn about the vehicle.
Dustin then called to inform me that an already sold 2009 Fit was to arrive at the dealership and I was welcome to come over for a closer look. Sad to say I felt the 2009 Fit was still not the highway vehicle I was looking for so we begun to discuss the feasibility of a Honda Civic Hybrid. The Civic Hybrid is in very high demand and Dustin was able to find a 2008 that the customer was not able to accept delivery. I found the car to be attractive; took it for a test drive and was so impressed; I purchased the vehicle on the spot. Again, Dustin and Ed provided me with a fair price, a respectable trade-in, and as I dictate this letter; I am driving the car back home after a very long day in the saddle. The car is extremely comfortable and the onboard computer is noting 43.3 miles per gallon!
After purchasing two vehicles from Capital in one year, I can assure you that I have been recommending your dealership to everyone interested, and also singing the praises of your service and parts department. I usually don’t thank people for taking money out of my pocket, but in this case, the money was not “taken”, but rather invested in value and backed by a great team!
