My salesperson, Anthony was friendly, personable and very knowledgeable about the Cr-V that I leased recently. In fact everyone at Capital Honda from the service personnel to the managers have been courteous and helpful, committed to putting the customer first! I will definitely go there for any service or repairs that I may need in the future.

The new car purchasing process at Capital Honda exceeded all of our expectations. I was thoroughly impressed with the entire staff and how welcome they made us feel when we first entered their facilities. The Sales Associate Bruce, who helped us purchase our new Honda Pilot was extremely knowledgeable, professional, and honest. Also when we experienced a few technical issues with our car shortly after we purchased it (which was no way the fault of the dealership or American Honda Motor Co.) Bruce sacrificed his personal, non-working time to assist us. Such service, in my opinion, is exceedingly rare and speaks volumes about the commitment this dealership has to their customers' satisfaction.

The purchase of my new Honda Pilot was the third vehicle I have been involved in from this dealership. Capital Honda continues to always go above and beyond my expectations. I have tried to deal with a more local dealer to my location, however, they are not as friendly or knowledgeable and do not have the same customer service approach as Capital Honda. I will continue to deal with Capital Honda even though I live 3 hours away.

Working with Kris and Charlie was a wonderful experience. I cannot say enough about Kris V. The night I took delivery the dealership closed at 6pm. He stayed and explained my car to me and even took me on a test drive after business hours. I left the dealership at 7:45 pm. Never once did Kris try to push me out so he could go home. He was patient and thorough with his explanations. He made sure that when I left, I knew everything that I needed to know about my car and how the hybrid worked. this has been the best dealership experience of my life!
